Kathy Jeffery
Executive Coach
Kathy Jeffery is a Learning & Development Consultant and Executive Leadership Coach. She partners with leaders to cultivate resilient, mindful, emotionally intelligent teams who improve themselves and their organization's performance and wellbeing. Kathy has 20 years experience in leadership positions driving performance at three early stage businesses and two Fortune 500 companies in technology, broadcast, and professional service organizations. Kathy’s coaching specialities are centered on resilience, transformation, and change management. Kathy guides her clients to uncover how to shift into resilient thinking and action, better awareness in utilizing their strengths, and becoming more emotionally intelligent. Kathy earned a BA in Human Resource Management from DePaul University and then went on to earn her Masters of Science in Managerial Communication from Northwestern University. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is affiliated with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
